Submission Guidelines
- Submitting abstracts is free for those registered for the event;
- You may submit as many abstracts as you like, provided you are the first author on each;
- The submission must be made by the first author;
- The name of the advisor is required for all abstracts, except for experience reports.
Abstracts Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and successful submission process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Submissions are open to all professionals, researchers, students, and practitioners in the fields of pharmacotherapy and clinical pharmacy.
- Submissions should be in English only.
- Abstracts should be structured with clear sections: Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, and Discussion.
- References should follow the Vancouver style, utilizing numerical in-text citations within parentheses before punctuation. For example: “…clinical pharmacy is a science (1). Pharmacotherapy is important (2).”
- Each reference cited in the text should be sequentially numbered using Arabic numerals.
- Include a list of references at the end of your submission in the designated References section. Each reference should be numbered sequentially according to its appearance in the text. If a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is available for a reference, it should be appended to the end of the reference entry without a concluding period.
References are not subject to limitations in terms of quantity or character length. - Abstracts must contain at least 3,000 characters and not exceed 10,000 characters, with this count including spaces but excluding references.

- Registration at the congress is mandatory for the first author of the submission. Co-authors and advisors are not required to register.
- Artificial intelligence (AI) is permitted solely for the purpose of enhancing translations. While these technologies can be used to improve the clarity and linguistic quality of the document, it is important to note that they should not replace essential authorial responsibilities. Authors are expected to fulfill their roles in generating scientific, educational, or medical insights, formulating conclusions, and providing clinical advice independently.
- ORCID number is mandatory for all authors. Get yours for free at orcid.org.
Deadline for submissions
The deadline for submissions is 01/08. Late submissions will not be considered.
